Chainlink Slide Gate All exterior framework shall be made from Gatorshield® ASTM A500 structural grade steel tubing, 1.050” O. D. (refer to Chainlink Framework specifications). Mesh shall be uniform (2”, 1-1/2” or 1”) diamond squares in (#9, #11, or #13) gauge Smooth-Seal wire (refer to Chainlink Fabric and Mesh specifications). Each slide gate shall be factory pre-hung in its own frame. Sliding gate track shall be cold rolled from galvanized strip conforming to ASTM A-109 and shall be at least 16 gauge in thickness with sectional dimensions of 1-3/4” x 2-1/4” in depth. Sliding gate hangers shall have a 400 lb. load capacity and shall be equipped with polymer bearings and drop-forged frames and wheels. Hanger shall be milled from steel conforming to ASTM A-108. Hanger wheel assemblies shall be zinc plated and shall be provided with vertical adjustment. Bottom portion of slide gate shall be equipped with a channel guide device. close window
